Non-winners will not carry over to future giveaways. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Not liable for technical issues with entry submissions. - Eligibility:

In order to sign up for the THC disposable giveaway, you need to enter a valid email account. To enter the giveaway, you must register to receive our emailed newsletter. One opt-in and form submission gives you 10 entries into the raffle. The winner will be chosen on the last Wednesday during the giveaway time. We will notify the winner via email as well.
All of the THC products in the giveaway are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. This makes them federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. However, before entering the giveaway or ordering any psychoactive hemp products from our website, it is important to check with your local state to see if we can legally ship to you. Currently, Eighty Six is not able to ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.
In order to be eligible for winning the Eighty Six THC disposable giveaway, you must be at least 21 years old. As always, Eighty Six follows the laws and guidelines set out by the 2018 Farm Bill. You must also be 21 years old to view and shop on our site.
